About Scullion Builders

Building has always been part of Shaun Scullion's life.

Growing up on a third-generation family farm in Wisconsin, Shaun learned early the value of hard work, responsibility, and taking pride in a job well done. Today, he continues that family legacy as a co-owner of the farm alongside his father while helping families throughout Dane County build homes and spaces they'll enjoy for years to come.

After earning a degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville, Shaun built a career that spans more than 30 years in the construction industry, including more than 25 years serving homeowners and businesses throughout Dane County.

His experience includes serving as a City Building Inspector, Estimator, Construction Manager, and Project Manager. As a Construction Manager for one of Dane County's largest home builders, Shaun oversaw the construction of more than 175 new homes. He also spent five years managing large-scale commercial construction projects before founding Scullion Builders.

Today, Shaun combines that extensive experience with a personalized approach that clients appreciate. Every project receives the same attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and hands-on involvement from start to finish. Whether it's a custom home, addition, or commercial project, Shaun works closely with clients to make the process as smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable as possible.

He has been a member of the Madison Area Builders Association since 2014 and has served in numerous leadership roles, including:

  • Membership Committee Member since 2017

  • Board of Directors since 2019

  • Parade of Homes Committee since 2024

  • Association President in 2024

His involvement reflects a commitment to staying connected to industry best practices, supporting the local building community, and continually improving the experience for clients.
